Round Up : May

Damn, damn, damn. Completely forgot that it was a new month. Absolute fool I am.

May has been mangled. Jump up for June!

Top 3 Most Downloaded:
1. Estelle - American Boy (Danger Remix)
2. White Lies - You Still Love Him
3. Digitalism - Apollo-Gize (Fred Falke Edit)

Commentary:
1. Excellent remix by Danger, cunning of him to put his name next to Estelle (Kanye West also feats in this song). Get it kids.
2. You Still Love Him epitomises the regret a girl experiences when she loses her love to another woman. Shame it didn't make it to the album.
3. A song about a relationship that doesn't quite work the way it should. Fred Falke's name guarantees this baby is a chilled-out, cheery track.

Top 3 Most Underappreciated:
1. Snob Scrilla - Spaceship
2. Ted & Francis - Erlend (G.L.O.V.E.S. Remix)
3. Simian Mobile Disco - Love

Commentary:
1. What are you doing. Get this track. Bag Raiders produced this. 'Nuff said.
2. Love song, done well. It actually is amazing.
3. See above. With added Simian Mobile Disco.

Bonus For Rarchesters:

Mr Oizo - Steroids (Mr Oizo Remix)*
Little Boots - Meddle (Designer Drugs 80's Coke Jam Remix)
La Roux - In For The Kill (The Twelves Remix)

*Has Uffie. Still addictive, don't worry.

  1. I know this comment is a little late but I like the American Boy remix, but then again maybe it's just because it's one of the only songs I know here. White Lies is a bit too dark/depressing for me but it's ok. Not really into Spaceship, don't really like the song to start with unfortunately.
